BCD Signature Towers

The BCD Signature Towers project is the 2nd phase of the Sheraton Signature complex. The total land area of the project is 123.410 m². The project consists of 6 phases. The 1st phase consists of Sheraton residence, offices and commercial units. 35% of the 1st stage is completed. The completion period of the 1st phase is 24 months. The 2nd phase of the project, BCD Signature Towers consist of 3 towers in total, each tower comprised of 24 floors: 20 residential floors,2 commercial floors and 2 underground car parking floors. On each floor there are 14 apartments in two blocks and 7 apartments in one block. Therefore 680 luxury apartments in terms of high aesthetic quality and functional organizations. The remaining phases consist of A+ shopping center, office and apartment buildings.
